After his short stint in the Army he attended and graduated from St. Mary’s Law School.

After law school, attorney Gene Toscano first started his legal career working with the San Antonio personal injury lawyer Mr. Pat Maloney Sr. for three years. In 1965, attorney Gene Toscano opened his own legal practice off of Culebra Rd (original sign above) and has continued to represent individuals pursue personal injury claims ever since.

Personal Injury Lawyer Andrew E. Toscano

San Antonio auto accident attorney, Andrew E. Toscano, followed in his fathers legal footsteps pursing a career defending the injured. Mr. Andrew Toscano completed his under graduate studies at St. Mary’s University where he was the Chi Phi fraternity President from 1988-1999. Additionally, he was chosen to take part in the prestigious American University Exchange Program in Washington, D.C. and worked at the Congressional Spanish Caucus. After only three years, Andrew Toscano graduated St. Mary’s University in 1990.

 

At the young age of 20 years old, Andrew Toscano attended Baylor Law School in Waco, TX – the nationally ranked trial advocacy law school. While attending Baylor Mr. Toscano was the President of the Student Bar Association (1991-1992) and graduated shortly after.

 

Attorney Andrew Toscano is a member of the San Antonio Trial Lawyer Association, the Mexican American Bar Association, and the San Antonio Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in the Western District, Southern District, and 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
